Great service! Arrived on time and had a brief chat about the carpets and what it is he does. A very nice man kind and polite, very professional and helpful and pays great attention to detail. With 2 dogs and bi fold doors open for everyone to come in and out of the house our carpet needed a freshen up and now looks like brand new! Smell amazing too. Looking to book the service in again in the future.

The gentleman cleaned four rugs for us and all rugs now look like new. The whole process took under an hour. Excellent service will definitely use again.

Extremely knowledgeable. Spent time examining the carpet, talked through various cleaning options, carried out a test-clean on a patch; then went ahead and carefully cleaned the whole carpet. Results were very pleasing - absolutely buckets of dirt removed and a really deep clean. Offered advice about drying and after-care.
